Hi all! A few days ago, Clubhouse Magazine assistant editor James Holt gave me a call, and said that he wanted to run my story that I sent in about my brother's head injury. I just sent in the story about two weeks ago. Here is the story I sent in. My story will be in September 2014 issue.
Hematoma Crisis
In
March 2010, My brother Brandon was at a toe doctors clinic
when
he passed out giving the lady his debit card.
There was
only
a thin carpet on the ground. Blood started flowing out of Brandon's
ear
onto the ground. An ambulance came and took him to the
local
hospital. Brandon only stayed there for about 1 hour. Then they
took
him to a bigger hospital in a different city. He stayed there for 3 days, where
they put
27
staples in his head, and 2 titanium plates in his head as well. After 3 days
they sent
him
home. He was really sensitive to bumps on the roads, and things that jarred his
head. He wore something on his head for a couple of days that looked a little
like
a turban, and when I saw his head without it,
It was really bloody.
I am really glad that God saved Brandon, because Brandon is such a great
brother!
